SPARTA, NC – November 13, 2019 – American Sanders, a worldwide leader in the design and production of wood floor sanders, edgers, and finishes, today announced dates for its 2020 wood floor sand & finish training program.

The American Sanders Sand & Finish Training Program will include Advanced Contractor classes, a new class focused entirely on edging, and an Extreme Flooring with Dave Marzalek class. Class options for 2020 will also include contractor Sand & Finish Schools held in conjunction with Rubio Monocoat for expanded training on applying special finishes.

American Sanders Sand & Finish Schools are led by Daniel Boone, one of the most respected sand and finish experts in the industry. The Extreme Flooring class, Advanced Contractor class, and the Edgers class will all be held at the American Sanders Training Center in Charlotte, NC. Sand & Finish classes with Rubio Monocoat will be held in Austin, TX.

Edging technique has always been part of the school curriculum. The new Edgers Only class was developed to meet requests from contractors to improve their skill set in this sanding process. The new Edgers Only class will provide contractors a unique hands on opportunity to learn proper edger set up for better performance, edging techniques that produce smoother floors with less effort, and also how to maintain their machines.

American Sanders also offers a machine maintenance school for contractors to learn how to maintain their own equipment, and a machine service school for dedicated dealer service technicians.
